Terms and Conditions

DevPlant Cowork is operated by DP Coworking SRL (CUI RO 41826000, J35/4053/2019), referred to below as DevPlant. We run the coworking and event space in central Timișoara and the devplant.ro website.

These terms apply to the use of the website, to services booked with us, and to the programs we organise. Questions about them can be sent to cowork@devplant.ro.

The content of devplant.ro is for information. Prices, availability and service descriptions can change, and we may update or remove content at any time without notice.

Text, images, logos and design on this website belong to DevPlant or its partners and may not be reused without written permission.

Personal data submitted through the website is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy.

Hot desk days and meeting rooms are booked and paid through our booking platform, Archie. Dedicated desks, private offices, the virtual office and the event space are covered by an individual contract that sets out the price, duration and payment terms.

Everyone who uses the space agrees to the house rules. Access cards and keys are personal and may not be passed on.

Get-It-Done Winter is a free program run by DevPlant: a desk one day a week for people building a product, from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. Applications are open until 30 November 2026, and admission is rolling until then. A later approval covers the weeks left in the season.

Who can apply

Individuals and small teams building a product, tech or not, launched or not. A registered company is not required. The program is not intended for agencies, service businesses or freelancing.

Applications are reviewed by hand. We may ask for a link to what you are building or contact you to verify it, and the information you give must be accurate. Admission is at DevPlant's discretion; we may decline an application without giving a reason, and there is no right to participate.

What the voucher covers

• One desk day per week for each team member, in the coworking area, for the length of the season.
• Any weekday, booked in Archie, subject to availability. Days not used in a week do not carry over. Extra days are regular hot desk days at the normal price.
• Everything in the space: Wi-Fi, monitors, coffee, phone booths and meeting room hours, within fair use.
• One voucher per product. It is personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and does not include a private office.

In the space

The house rules apply to participants as they do to everyone. The desk is for working on the product described in your application. Repeated no-shows, use of the voucher for a different purpose, or conduct that breaks the house rules or the law can lead to the voucher being withdrawn.

Mentors, events and what follows

Time with advisors is optional and depends on their availability. We do not guarantee any particular advisor, outcome or advice, and decisions about your product remain yours. The closing evening is an invitation, not an obligation. Offers announced for after the season, such as a registered office address or plan discounts, have their own conditions and are made under a separate agreement.

Changes and withdrawal

DevPlant may change the program's dates or scope, or end it early, for good reason and with notice to participants. You can leave the program at any time by writing to cowork@devplant.ro.

Your data and your product

Application data is processed to review your application and run the program, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep it for the season and delete declined applications afterwards. We mention your product to investors, partners or potential clients only with the consent you give in the form.

Taking part creates no employment, partnership, investment or licence relationship. What you build stays yours.

You use the space and its equipment at your own risk and in line with the house rules. DevPlant is not responsible for personal belongings left in the space, or for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as power or internet outages.

The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website, the space or a program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are brought before the competent courts in Timișoara.
