What are the opening hours?

Hot Desk: Hot desks can be accessed during reception hours (weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). But we know schedules can be unpredictable, so if you need to come in earlier or leave a little later we can find a solution that works for you. Get in touch . Dedicated Desk & Private Office: You have 24/7 access, including the weekends and holidays.

Is there a minimum contracting period?

Workspace needs can change over time, and we get it! Here's a quick breakdown of our minimum contract lengths:

Hot Desk: No commitment needed.

Dedicated Desk: These require a one-month commitment.

Private Office: For a private office the minimum contract is for three months.

Virtual Office: Virtual office contracts have a minimum term of one year.

Can I welcome my clients / friends in the space?

Of course, we encourage inviting your clients or friends to our space. They can join you in the meeting room or work with you in the open areas with fair usage, as long as they're not interfering with other people’s work.

What equipment can you provide?

Accepted Answer

Coworkers can use our high-speed wireless internet. Wired options are also available upon request.

There are several printing stations available throughout the coworking space that are free to use (fairly).

Monitors, keyboards, mice, chargers, HDMI cables, etc. are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a fair usage policy. Let us know beforehand if you need anything and we’ll try to reserve it for you.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with big screen TVs, projectors, speakers and microphones.
