How can I get to your location?

Our coworking space is conveniently located downtown, making it easy to reach by public transportation or by foot. Here's how to get here:

By Public Transportation: We're close to several bus and tram lines. The nearest bus stops are "Hector (Bastion)" and "Traian Grozăvescu (Poșta Mare)". You can catch buses E2, M42, M44, M48, M50, M52, 15, 16, 21, E7, M37, and M51 to get here. Tram lines 1, 2, 5, and 6b also stop near our location at "Hotel Continental" station.

Driving: Street parking is available nearby, or you can access the underground parking lot at Piața 700 or ISHO.

What are the opening hours?

Hot Desk: Hot desks can be accessed during reception hours (weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). But we know schedules can be unpredictable, so if you need to come in earlier or leave a little later we can find a solution that works for you. Get in touch.

Dedicated Desk & Private Office: You have 24/7 access, including the weekends and holidays.

Can I book a desk on weekends or holidays?

Yes, DevPlant Cowork members can book a desk on weekends or holidays.

How can I access the workspace I reserved?

Our booking system has a map of our coworking space, so you'll know exactly which desk is yours. We'll also make sure to be here to greet you when you arrive! :)

Are there parking places available?

Although our private parking spots are reserved, street parking is available nearby. You can also access the underground parking lot at Piața 700 or ISHO.

Do I need an appointment to look around or can I just drop in?

While booking a workspace guarantees you a spot in our coworking space, you can also just drop by anytime. We are happy to show you around. :)

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, furry friends are more than welcome in our space, just let us know beforehand.

How can I become a member?

What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?

Hot Desk: Think of it as your flexible workspace. Desks are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This option is for those who need a place to focus for a day or just a few hours. You get access to all the amenities we mentioned here. No commitment is needed for this option.

Dedicated Desk: This is your own personal workspace, assigned exclusively for your own use. You get your own desk and roll-box. You’ll enjoy 24/7 access, ergonomic furniture and many other benefits that you can see here. This option requires a monthly commitment.

Is there a minimum contracting period?

Workspace needs can change over time, and we get it! Here's a quick breakdown of our minimum contract lengths:

Hot Desk: No commitment needed.

Dedicated Desk: These require a one-month commitment.

Private Office: For a private office the minimum contract is for three months.

Virtual Office: Virtual office contracts have a minimum term of one year.

Can I welcome my clients / friends in the space?

Of course, we encourage inviting your clients or friends to our space. They can join you in the meeting room or work with you in the open areas with fair usage, as long as they're not interfering with other people’s work.

When and how will I receive my invoice?

Here’s a breakdown, depending on your membership type:

Hot Desk: Payment is due upon reservation and the invoice will be sent out via email shortly after.

Dedicated Desk & Private Office: A monthly invoice will be sent directly to your email address during the timeframe specified in your contract.

Virtual Office: You'll receive a yearly invoice via email during the period outlined in your contract.

What are the payment terms?

Hot Desk: Payment is due upon reservation.

Dedicated Desk, Private Office & Virtual Office: To avoid any confusion, the specific payment terms for these services are outlined in your contract.

How can I pay an invoice?

We accept both bank transfers and card payments for your convenience. Please keep in mind that we cannot process cash payments.

What equipment can you provide?

Coworkers can use our high-speed wireless internet. Wired options are also available upon request.

There are several printing stations available throughout the coworking space that are free to use (fairly).

Monitors, keyboards, mice, chargers, HDMI cables, etc. are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a fair usage policy. Let us know beforehand if you need anything and we’ll try to reserve it for you.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with big screen TVs, projectors, speakers and microphones.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Sure. Although if said equipment is super-sized or overly fancy, we’ll have to make sure it works well in our space and we have room for it.

Can I add or remove furniture?

We’re happy to discuss your specific needs and try to find solutions whenever possible. Get in touch with us for details.

How much does the meeting room cost?

Members can book our meeting rooms for free. They come with a fair-use policy, to make sure everyone has a chance to use them. In case you need a meeting space for extended periods of time, let us know and we will find a solution that works.

Can I move my company headquarters to DevPlant?

Yes. If your company is currently registered elsewhere, you can move the headquarters to our address via our virtual office servicea. We handle the documentation and submission steps needed for the move. The administrative process itself is straightforward. If you want to discuss your case, you can contact us here.
